Terms of Service
Effective date: 5 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TechSol Management System and associated support services. By installing, accessing, or using the software, the customer agrees to these terms and to the applicable license agreement.
TechSol POS License
This software is licensed to TechSol S.A.R.L.
The license is valid for one (1) year from activation or renewal. Continued use after expiry requires a paid annual renewal.
This software, its source code, design, features, reports, and associated materials are proprietary to TechSol S.A.R.L. It may not be resold, sublicensed, copied, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used to provide competing services without prior written authorization from TechSol S.A.R.L.
Unauthorized use of the software or any of its features is prohibited.

Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and maintain secure access to authorized devices and user accounts.
- Use the software in compliance with applicable law, including tax, accounting, employment, and privacy obligations.
- Maintain appropriate operational records and independently review reports, transactions, and backups.
- Keep backup-recovery materials and authorized credentials secure.
Availability and support
TechSol will use reasonable efforts to provide the licensed functionality and agreed support. Features that depend on internet connectivity, third-party services, hardware, or customer-controlled infrastructure may be unavailable or limited outside TechSol’s control.
Data and backups
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system and for verifying that configured backups complete successfully. TechSol may provide tools and guidance, but the customer should maintain appropriate recovery procedures for its business.
Changes and termination
TechSol may update the software, these terms, or service procedures where reasonably necessary. Access may be suspended or terminated for expired licensing, material breach, unlawful use, or security risk, subject to applicable agreements and law.
